Beautiful resort which was exactly as I'd hoped to spend our Christmas. It felt really magical as the cabins are really cosy and warm. They let us check in earlier (10am) as we arrived early from the bus station at 6am which we were really grateful for. Easy to get into town with taxis on Grab. We had some noisy neighbours late one night as the cabins host two rooms, and reception quickly resolved this for us. Buggies to get to and from reception were easy to organise and generally quick to arrive. Breakfast for us was included and the buffet was delicious and good variety. Didn't actually use the pool as we didn't have time in the end, but it was definitely warm enough for a dip in December! Would recommend this resort to anyone going to Sapa and wanting a more luxury stay.

They allowed us to check in early (10:00 AM) at no extra cost and even let us use the hotel facilities—like the pool, sauna, and showers—both before check-in and after check-out. They also helped us rent a motorbike, making everything super convenient. On top of that, the room was amazing—spotless, with incredible views. While you do need to take a golf cart to get to and from the main reception, they run all day and night, and the longest we ever waited was just three minutes. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!
